I don't think he will do it though.

"An analysis of 541 of the 543 winning candidates by National Election Watch (NEW) and Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR) shows that 186 or 34 percent newly elected MPs have in their election affidavits disclosed criminal cases against themselves." You need to understand that India will not get software upgrades unless this changes. We will always get incremental updates India 2.1, India2.2 etc. We need over the course of the next decade or so an upgrade - India 3.0 Infrastructure is not the only concern. I would rather say legal reform is of immediate need.
