bigdhoni7 Posted November 19, 2007 Posted November 19, 2007 i also thought he did okay. his bowling in the death overs was great compared to what some of other senior bowlers did (zak im looking at you). as for as his batting is concerned, we were chasing 9 runs a over so you cant really blame him for that. now that i got that outta the way, there is no way we should send him to australia even as reserve. he'll be eaten alive.
retterimp Posted November 19, 2007 Posted November 19, 2007 he will be a class act in england with his banana swingers, other than that, not much to talk about, just your slightly-above-average medium pacer
King Tendulkar Posted November 19, 2007 Posted November 19, 2007 He is a medium pace trundler and will get smoked by the big boys. Hayden will smash him out of the park
chamatkar Posted November 19, 2007 Posted November 19, 2007 I completely agree with Retterimp... he's the typical english bowler who can make it to the national side when we're out of choices or we get one of those extremely swing-bowling-conducive-pitches, but other than that, he's lacking the arsenal to firm up a place in the team. But hey, if Agarkar made a cricket career, then what does my opinion matter.
