AmreekanDesi Posted December 10, 2014 Posted December 10, 2014 So far whoever has been tested has been found to extend beyond the limit. And usually by significant margins. Which makes me think that a lot of the marginal cases (those extending to lets say 20 degrees) aren't even being reported as that is probably not obvious to the naked eye? Should the ICC come to standardize this to some extent, Lets say ti should atleast test all the bowlers in the 15 man squad of every team for the WC?
