Said it before the game, and I'll say it now. Watson has averaged 20 since 2014- yes thats our number 3 boys! Clarke isn't fit, Bailey comes straight back and captains. Faulkner straight in for Watson. Smith to bat 3.

Sorry to say Boban looks finished, I've won a heap on him over the last 2 years, he's lost his kick, but who knows, maybe he's looking for longer now.

They lost an absolute trashload on Shamal Wind too, $16 into $11, including a couple of 40K bets at the $15. Exosphere hurt the bookies more than First Seal. That horse is the Guinneas favourite for mine. I wouldn't be shocked to see them pay the late entry fee for the Guinneas this year. Would set a new record if it succeeds.

In reality you have a batsman averaging 20, how long do you persist when Marsh is there (who has a 5 for and 3 50's in his last 9 ODI's), Faulkner is a cetrainty and Maxwell is a given.

I put $20 the win on Atmospherical when I collected my $150, thought he was a chance at the 300 but Shamal wind exploded, was a tricky track today for the short course events, most winners came from well back. Dissident and the blue diamond hot pot were on the pace and struggled.

That was beyond dumb! One of my best mates is beyond pissed had $50 on Fast N Rocking at $51, lost by a foot (came 3rd). The Blue Diamond winner was so impressive though.

Yeah the BD winner was almost freakish, got knocked down twice and still had the gaull to win, I hate 2 year old races though, especially at the top end, I tend to steer clear of the favourites, I didn't bet in that race.

Earthquake started favourite on reputation only, still living off her 2 yr Old days.

The only question was the 2nd up thing, but it was the class horse in the race

A 2 yr old in the Guineas? That would be different, but considering how he won the mile would suit considering the weight advantage.

He is so carrying 57 kilos next year. I'd give it a crack, at that weight despite the inexperience it can easily win. The only question is who on earth you could get to ride it! Chris Parnham might get in with his claim at that weight, or else you have to look overseas. The current jockey generally rides at 56kilos, so he aint dropping 5 kilos.

Do they gamble on the horse being ready for the Guineas or do they give it a spell and bring it back on the Spring
