WOW ! AWESOME bowling. Fluid, rhythmic action - perfect release - electrifying pace. Those were toe-crushing deliveries. He is like their new Allan Donald. If he is half as good, i'll be watching him a lot more regularly. Spells like those made White Lightning the legend he was. If he can develop a mean short pitched delivery to go along with those yorkers, he will be real dangerous. It's easy to sit your fat ass down on a chair and talk crap about bad batting technique, but playing extreme pace delivered with that kind of accuracy isn't quite as simple. Your reaction time is cut down considerably and there is also that fear factor involved - guys like Morton were just trying to get their feet out of the way, or else they would be have been fractured. Batsmen get out to worse deliveries than that. Great stuff. SA should use him sparingly so that he keeps bowling at that pace. With Steyn and Morkel, they won't have to worry about their bowling attack once Pollock is done.
