for SLOW OVER RATE in TEST CRICKET.... ( 40% of Match Fee)... This got to be the First... It only took 4 years (?) for an ICC Match Referee to fine Vaughan, easily the worst offender ever... Even some say he lost Lords Test match because of his slow over rate Finally Justice is done:haha:

The fines should be heavier. In Pura Cup, here in Oz, teams are asked to bowl 96 overs per day. Without undue interruptions, they achieve it. How then, do Test captains get away with often bowling less than 90 in the same 6 hours ?
