Bihar emerges as the fastest growing state in Agriculture production. Give me this Secular state much ahead of right wing pseudo Hindu brigade :hysterical::hysterical::hysterical: From a top performing state, Punjab has slipped into the league of least-growing agricultural states in post-reform India, while Bihar has propelled itself to the top in the same period. The state has slipped to the 14th slot in farm growth measured in 17 states, while Bihar has topped the list, according to a recent study by Punjab University, Chandigarh’s Professor of Economics, Gurmail Singh. Meanwhile, Bihar emerged as the fastest growing state in the reform period. Lurker, that's a good news. Increase in urbanizing population takes the labor force out of agriculture. This is a major concern for southern states.
