Should ODIs be phased out?

Cricinfo says that 191 ODIs were played last year. More than one every two days. Plus the World Cup turned out to be a bit of a damp squib. What do people reckon, should we stick to Tests and t20? T20 is good for the development of the game especially in non-cricketing countries and getting people who generally don't watch cricket to do so. Test matches - enough said.
