retterimp
his test match bowling average is 28.63, and his bowling in ODI's is 30.89. A world class bowler's average is supposed to be less than 24 atleast over their careers, as I've noticed over the years with several such bowlers. Don't tell me kumble's career is not over yet, as there is no way he can pull up his average now. I for one don't consider any indian bowler till date to be world class...which is also indicated by the number of test matches that we've won. So is he considered a 'great' in india because he has been the only one who has won us matches (apart from zaheer who has recently found some form)? Link to comment
