aussiefan Posted January 6, 2008 Posted January 6, 2008 putting on my legal hat here i have to say it's one players word against another, they can't punish him for an "alleged" comment if there is no proof.....so ahead of hearing i will say that he should be cleared and let's move onto next test /not getting into whole incident, fallout etc but looking at this from a disinterested legalese point of view. certainly the whole incident will continue to be felt for long time.
