Review.....whose call is it?

Who is the person best suited to take a call.

 

1) bowler.....has the clearest view after the umpire.

2) slip fielders ....good view but can be difficult from their angle.

3) keeper....but keeper can be blocked  by the batsman too.

 

I feel some people have better instincts about it like dhoni and some have bad instincts....like kohli.

 

How much role does calmness have in coming to the right of decision ?

Kohli is like a cat on springs...too jumpy,too impulsive.
