Sooda
Nice thread :two_thumbs_up: I was thinking about this same thing and thought of... Schemichel G Neville, Stam, Ferdinand, Evra C Ronaldo, Keane, Scholes, Giggs Cantona Van Nistelrooy Edwin VDS, Irwin, Vidic, Yorke, Solskjaer, Beckham Tough one. went for CR on the right as he had more goals in him, thought Bex was a better crosse/passer.. plus IM not sure if Hughes is a consistent enough goal scorer... RVN scored more...

adi B
RVP and Ronaldo on the bench' date=' but Beckham and Mark Hughes in the playing XI? Are you drunk or stupid?[/quote'] you know zilch about manutd, ronaldo was only good in the final 2-3 seasons at OT,b4 that he was a show off, ball dribbler, inconsistent in the 1st 3..beckham was consistent game in game outfor most of his time at OT..one could argue for RVN to be in the playing 11 but then hughes was a big game player

Sooda
^ Yeah tough one. Went for Deco instead of Wes as playmaker, although tbh it might be an equal case for both. And Adams> Keown I thought
Sooda
http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/22459842 Theyre having the same discussion here. Interestingly Dion Dublin and Peter Reid have both gone for Bryan Robson instead of Keane. And None of those guys and Savage had RVN- Dublin gone for Hughes and Cantona the others for Rooney and Cantona. Also DD and Reid gone for Pallister in defence

Louis Saha was a fantastic striker when fit. Wes Brown served united for over 10 years and was one of the best players in 2007-08 O'Shea has been a great utility player to play when others are injured or unfit. Very reliable. Fabio is 22 and has shown huge amounts of promise. Quinton Fortune was signed as a bench warmer and backup and he did the job well. Anderson has been so unlucky with injuries. Barthez when signed was considered one of the best goalkeepers in the world. Djemba Djemba, Bellion and Wallwork were signed for six peanuts and a donation of a cow to an african tribe. Bebe was a blatant act of corruption to Jorge Mendes.
