Was Venkatesh Prasad a good bowling coach?

He is mocked by many Indian fans but our bowling did well intially under his tutelage. We won test series in England. Won the inaugural T20 world cup and then won test match in Perth. 

 

RP Singh and ishant performed well under Prasad. I don't know how much he was responsible for their improved performance but surely as bowling coach deserves some credit.

 

So what went wrong? Why was he removed? I know he and Robin Singh were brought upon Dravid's recommendation, so did they lose backing after Dravid quit captaincy? We're players not happy with Prasad and Robin Singh or they were not good enough as coach anymore?

 

Can anyone shed some light on it?
