shortbread Posted February 15, 2021 Posted February 15, 2021 Watching his bowling lately, he isn't looking to turn the ball a lot (or he cant). But boy does he drift the ball?! His ball moves in the air, gets dip, excellent control. The batsmen end up being wrong footed on multiple occasions. If someone watches the replay of him getting Smith & Labuschagne get caught at slip, they were done by the drift. There wasnt much turn. Same again against Stokes, squares him up with a ball shaped to come in and then the slight spin away to his off stump. Quite impressive. BacktoCricaddict 1
