Does any bowler use the knuckleball effectively?

Here is an article and video from the world of baseball, where knuckleballs are rare, but one new pitcher is using it effectively.  There is almost zero revs on the ball in the air.  Mesmerizing.  Almost as mesmerizing as watching the seam position on a red ball coming off Shami's hand.
