maatugaara Posted April 20, 2008 Posted April 20, 2008 nor steyn... but the 4 non-indian player rule will hurt in long run...no major local big hitters or impact players present in the team..
Zakhmi Posted April 20, 2008 Posted April 20, 2008 This is too early to decide, today BRC has won against MI...as soon as all the players join the teams we will get to see a great competition...lets be hopeful!
silv3rado Posted April 21, 2008 Posted April 21, 2008 currently, has to the the rajasthen. In future, they will get better. Mumbaye will improve with Botsman Banglore will improve too
Chandan Posted April 21, 2008 Posted April 21, 2008 though I don't think Mumbai Indians are much better. They do not have a single strike bowler' date=' with Malinga ruled out for almost entire tournament.[/quote'] Mumbai needs a strike bowler quickly. I wonder why they didn't try to retain their player Zaheer in the team!!
theguyinallblue Posted April 21, 2008 Posted April 21, 2008 In Banglore Team...Kohli..Praveen Kumar are two local stars..and Both can hit big... IMO once Misbah and Steyn returns.. Steyn..Misbah...Chanders..and Boucher will make the 4 foreign players.. so Misbah, Chanders, Boucher, Kohli, Dravid, Praveen Kumar...these six can play according to situations.. our strength will be our bowling..as Zaheer, Praveen and Joshi/Kumble will always make the playing XI list..
King Posted April 21, 2008 Posted April 21, 2008 I reckon Bangalore Royal Challengers is not that bad by the looks of it. With Steyn and Misbah to still join Bangalore RCs look to be a good solid unit. I think any team can only have 4 imports in a game. Rahul will have quite some task picking the right 4.
