Broadcaster's Control over Cricket in India (BCCI)?

I have been hearing all the changes and new india we are going to see from today but i don't really see anything changed. These guys can't even bat first in this meaningless match. Captain & Coach both have changed so my guess is there is pressure from broadcaster (after it's loss due to early exit from worldcup) to win the series so they can earn some profit. They don't allow big names taking rest as well which is another big reason our player looked out of gas in the worldcup. Individual performance might have changed today but for long term we have many issues to sort. Maybe it's time for having different players for different format (Tests & LOI)
