Then you have two options: 1) use side angle to check if ball is above waist. 2) However, the player's waist is sort of an arbitrary line. Some players could have their trousers up or down slightly. For a definitive point, use the wickets, and use ball tracking. For any full toss, if it goes over the wickets using ball tracking, then no-ball. Will put an end to controversies or atleast limit it by 99%. All icc tournments have ball tracking anyways. First option is simple but still has an interpretation error margin
