In fact, they never knocked out a subcontinent team in a world cup playing WC in Subcontinent after that match vs Pakistan in 1987. Sri Lanka beat them in 1996. India defeated them in QFs in 2011. Now, they beat SA to reach finals to meet a subcontinental team in form, India.
