He is a batting alrounder, used to open the batting in age group cricket. Can be someone who bats in top 6 and can bowl medium fast.

Should be used for longer formats. Venky Iyer should be used in T20

I feel he will be  better in ODIs. He is like for like to Pandya in Odis. Has good red ball record so maybe for overseas tests but not for T20s. After Pandya, Venky Iyer I feel is still the best T20 option. He is a regular bowler for his state team so one off bad overs in IPL can be overlooked. People want Yash Dayal in the squad ffs. Venky is a decent option. I think we killed Vijay Shankar’s career I guess. Does he play domestics. I thought he will score runs in Nzl, Eng atleast in red ball. Anyway Nitish is an excellent prospect. Not going just by IPL.

In bgt in aus you need high quality bowlers,this guy is not good enough.Also visually looks weak,reminds me of bhuvi.

As AR he'd be fine. Bowls above 135. More concerned about his batting but looks solid so far
