Naah not the current players. That will devalue IPL coz the USP of IPL is that's the only league where people can see Indian players. If Indian players can play other leagues, IPL will be severely devalued. It's the retired players who should be allowed to do whatever they want.

 

 

Even with retired players...need a plan so 30 year olds aren't retiring from Indian cricket to play leagues abroad.
