Well, it seems to be interesting endeavor to partake. There's some reading required and lots of troubleshooting may be required, all depending on your system configuration. So did it work out in the end and how cool was it? Is that why you got a mac book now?:winky:

kablooee87 Posted October 30, 2008 Posted October 30, 2008 The wireless driver was the biggest hassle for me. I only did it so I could get a bit of experience developing on a Mac so it served that purpose.

(heck i even bought a gigabyte wireless card so it'll work with osx) I didn't work on it for more than a month. Prefer linux by far

People harp on Microsoft for being "closed off" but Apple is more about the proprietary stuff than anyone.
