Found this great website, one can apparently run a mac os x on a pc. Now you may ask why would anyone want to do that? Well, it seems to be interesting endeavor to partake. There's some reading required and lots of troubleshooting may be required, all depending on your system configuration. Perhaps, I'll do this one of these weeks :D Something interesting just for fun, http://www.osx86project.org/

Yeah, I tried it a couple of years ago. Too much hassle.. especially getting the graphics card and the wireless cards to work properly.

So did it work out in the end and how cool was it? Is that why you got a mac book now?:winky:

(heck i even bought a gigabyte wireless card so it'll work with osx) I didn't work on it for more than a month. Prefer linux by far

Truth. People harp on Microsoft for being "closed off" but Apple is more about the proprietary stuff than anyone.
