McCain must be kicking himself thinking why now why can't these thugs have come out earlier in the open........Even thsi wud not have helped though once economy tanked he had no chance. Obama has been given a long rope but the guy keeps pulling one after another skeleton from his cabal. Messiha's mask is coming of layer by layer

We've had the most corrupt politicians in the US for a long time. No surprises. (Just waiting until someone unveils all the crap w/ Obama, Rezko and co...)
I disagree. While I vehemently disagree with Obama's policies and his flip-flopping on issues (I've posted ad nauseum with these views), I don't think he is a scumbag. I put Manmohan Singh in the same category (minus the charisma, of course). A relatively non-corrupt politician surrounded by scum.

I'm not calling Obama a scumbag, but there's no way for anyone to make it through the ranks of IL politicians and remain as clean as people think he is. I'm surprised how little was made of his affiliation w/ Tony Rezko earlier, but I won't be surprised if a lot of crap comes up eventually from that.

I don;t know man what is your defintion fo scumbag but when a PM looks elsewhere fully knowing his CBi lieutenants are vetting MPS for confidence motion wiht bagful of money then in my book that PM is scumbag. When tis happens one time I mgiht even forgive him but when it keeps happening again and again then that socalled personal honesty burqua must be burnt into dust and the guy sud be held accountable. MAnmohan Singh has perfected this art of speaking softly and commititng murder IOn early years of his office his pet alibi used ot be I was nto in the know.. Time and again his minster absconding evading unbailable warrant Manmohan Singh's reply I was not in the know.. His Governor induilges in unconstitutional act in Goa and Jharkhand Manmpohans singh's response I was noo in the know.. HIS CBI sleuths technically on hsi oprder lets Qutrocchi get away whis reponse no we didn't order that but only to be refuited later on by CBI.. Maywati over night becomes saint and then again untoucahble Ditto with mulayam.. now CBI has come with revelation it did what ti did on govt's order. Go figure how long will India keep extending rope for this guy......

That is why I said "relatively" non-corrupt. It is virtually impossible to be in politics and be completely above board. Heck, that is true even outside politics.
