I won't be surprised if in next few years we actually see People's Liberation Army of China being stationed in Nepal, while India doing nothing but giving lip service. Last time our visionless,shameless puppet PM UnManlymohan Singh sent communist party leaders of West Bengal to hold talks with Prachanda, as if Indian commies have anything to do with Indian interests in Nepal :giggle: Removal of South Indian priest from Nepal's Pashupatinath Temple which is also very sacred for Indians is a clear message of China to India that we have started de-linking India and Hindu culture from Nepal and will go to any length to see that Nepal becomes another Chincommie protectorate. Fact that Maoist government ignored their own high courts verdict should be reason enough for Indian babus to realize who is calling shots. It's high time India galvanize it's support among Nepalis and Madhesi movements need to rejuvenated. Further Nepali army must be brought in full Indian influence to tackle future revolts of Maoists if their government fails. Nepal is very improtant for us since UP/Bihar have open border and many among us have cultural ties with Nepalis including inter-marriage among Neopalis and Indians. Maoists have outraged Hindus: Nepal Minister New Delhi: Nepal’s Foreign Minister has blamed his Maoist allies for the removal of Indian priests at the Pashupatinath temple in Kathmandu and accused Prime Minister Prachanda of not punishing the people who stormed the shrine on Thursday. Workers of the Young Communist League (YCL), the youth wing of the ruling Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist), on Thursday defied court orders and appointed their own priests at the temple in place of Indian priests who claim they have been conducting rituals at the shrine for 300 years. “The Prime Minister and his cadres YCL are responsible for this. This is against Hinduism and this is against Hindu sentiment,” Foreign Minister Upendra Yadav told CNN-IBN from Kathmandu. “This is an anti-religious move. They are trying to capture the Pashupatinath temple and disturb religious activities.” Yadav accused the Maoists of bringing politics into a “religious matters”. “We condemn and criticise this. In a press release issued on Saturday, the BJP President Rajnath Singh has expressed concern over the "forced replacement of Indian priests by the Maoists to install their own appointed priests." "The BJP President had a telephonic conversation with the Nepal President Shri Ram Baran Yadav and the Prime Minster, Shri Prachanda and sought immediate intervention to resolve the ongoing crisis. They assured him that they will look into this matter and take necessary steps," the release adds. Highlighting the significance of Pashupatinath Mandir in the Indian subcontinent the BJP President said, "The Pashupatinath Mandir is a holy shrine visited by thousands of devotees every year from India, Nepal and other countries of the world. The Indian priests have led prayers at the historic Pashupatinath Mandir for the past three centuries and this tradition signifies the cultural bonds shared by India and Nepal. The ongoing crisis has resulted into an unprecedented situation at the temple and even the regular prayer was disrupted due to it. " Referring to the order of Nepal Supreme Court Shri Singh said, "The removal of Indian priests from the Pashupatinath Mandir is not only in complete defiance of the Supreme Court order but it has also hurt the sentiments of people in India."
