Macj Posted January 21, 2009 Posted January 21, 2009 This reminds me of some statements by US military brass visiting India during the Kargil conflict and combined War games. They claimed that Indians (Generals) are very stiff and subscribe to protocol too stringently, very smart but the rigidity prevents them from creative thinking.They would only address and interact with brass of the same positions. Of course the same group had much worse to say about our neighbor's military think tank, calling them buffoons at best.
