I believe. I haven't used it personally so can't say about quality.
cybervickey Posted January 26, 2009 Posted January 26, 2009 i dont know about unlimited but raza.com gave me freaking 4 hrs and 32 mins the first time i called , and somehow it got bumped upto 4 hrs and 56 mins even after using 30 + mins .lol all this for only $10.btw it was a a cell phone, i believe u get more minutes if you call a cell ph in india. they have different rates for calling different cities. some cheaper then other.but i still think that calling a cell ph gives you the most minutes.the voice quality is okish.sometimes you hear back what you said.
