Rajiv Posted March 29, 2009 Posted March 29, 2009 WARRIOR’S RELIGION”: TIMELY FILM SHEDS LIGHT ON FALSE GLAMOUR OF GANGS BUT SPARKS DEBATE ON HOW SIKHISM MIGHT BE MISUNDERSTOOD http://www.warriorsreligion.com/ A serious issue about youth sikh gangs in BC ---------------------------- this is local to BC Canada, its is terribly shocking to see the number of sikh/asian gang members in this province, something we hear on the radio day in and day out...parents don't complaint abt the kids and the biggest reason for young ppl to join gangs is the way they see their parents work their ass off, so they prefer a easy way out We hear it every other day, someone gets shot in surrey ( mini India ) or a restaurant, gas station, subway station..and there is always a johal, siddhu or singh 9 nfact thas the gang names ) involved..off course the province is 99% sikh/punjabis but point is getting to the gangs and dealing with drugs/violence is the easiest way forward..this movie had lot of disruptions but something all Indians should watch
