This could be due to playing for lesser team, style issues or various other reasons. 1. Strauss- gets the runs but ugly bat so no kudos 2. Chanderpaul- millions of runs avergard 100 for 2 years but never gets mentioned in great lists 3. Y Khan- plays for a cr#p country so no one cares 4. Laxman- does not get the hype cos of other more glamorous galaticos 5. Sarwan- Is it cos no one cares about windies?? 6. Kallis- Is it cos he is boring?? Best all rounder for 10 years but never gets the hype 7. Jayawardne(keeper)- best glove work I have seen since healy but no one knows who is 8. Bhaji- gets buckets of wickets but cos not big turner is not loved especially by indians ironically 9. Harris- in top 10 of rankings but gets pasted by everyone, must be doing something right?? 10. Sreesanth- a 100% player with bags of talent but gets pasted by all due to antics, top bowler 11. Sidebottom-gets wickets but no one cares

He is Australia's best ODI bowler and a very underrated death bowler. Replace Bhajji with Johan Botha ... Botha is a very smart bowler and u very rarely see him go for too many runs in a match. As far as his variations go ... he reminds me a bit of Vettori.

Sachinism Posted March 30, 2009 Posted March 30, 2009 Bracken is always praised as a brilliant LOI bowler I wouldn't mind the addition of Botha, I always used to think he sucks and couldn't understand how he was made captain, but he's a very good player
