Pak_Forever Posted April 3, 2009 Posted April 3, 2009 T20 cricket has a great future in China. And there's nothing wrong in exploring new markets, that's how you learn and expand. This game of cricket has to expand, 6-7 teams playing against each other on regular basis is boring at best. China would be an excellent addition if they really got serious about cricket.

Thats right. Especially when you cant operate in the existing market, you must explore new markets. China, Nepal, Bhutan, Afghanistan....I am sure Pakistan will find new markets easily.

Guest gaurav_indian Posted April 3, 2009 Posted April 3, 2009 Just like your "domestic" competition is exploring a new un-domestic market. :--D Thats tells a lot about how powerful indian cricket board is.If they can arrange domestic competitions in another country you can imagine what they can do with Indian national team.:hatsoff:
DomainK Posted April 3, 2009 Posted April 3, 2009 Just like your "domestic" competition is exploring a new un-domestic market. :--D New market? I didnt know SA was new to cricket. Thank you for the information. Will be nice to see China and SA play. I am sure China will win...dont you think?
DomainK Posted April 3, 2009 Posted April 3, 2009 Just like your "domestic" competition is exploring a new un-domestic market. :--D And BTW we are not exploring new markets. We have got old cricket playing nations queuing up at our door to host IPL.

Pak_Forever Posted April 3, 2009 Posted April 3, 2009 Well China got 1 billion plus population too, so if they really got serious about cricket then you never know. Other teams could stop lining to play against India in the future. It's very tough, but not impossible. Miadad has started working on it.

You just don't get the point, besides Russia's population is only 140 million, compared to China it's nothing. And why are you guys so anti-chinese cricket? It's good for the game.

Pak_Forever Posted April 3, 2009 Posted April 3, 2009 Australia's population is 25 million. And New Zealand's 4 million, so what? .Biggest market other than Indian is the catch here guys. We are talking about the expansion of the game, we should actually work together. Let's explore China first then Russia and what not. Who wouldn't love cricket to be as popular as soccer around the globe.
