And I thought Jharkhandis gripe for having a seperate state was that North Biharis (or modern Biharis) basically ran away with the money for South Bihar? Indeed this was the logic forced to create Jharkhand since that part of Bihar was "ignored". But of course your jaundiced view overlooked that and went into the whole conspiracy angle again! By the way it is telling that since Jharkhand was created it has not exactly been a spectacular success. If anything prominent cities, Ranchi for example, are going down the pooper. So much so for Uttar Bihari angle.
