fluriana Posted April 29, 2009 Posted April 29, 2009 Should Ajmal Amir Kasab, the lone terrorist captured alive for the 26/11 Mumbai Attacks, be tortured like he would be in the Guantanamo Bay Prison or the Abu Ghraib Prison? Should he be treated in the same way as he would be if he was captured by the US, Israel, China, Singapore, the countries in the Middle East, etc.?

He should be tried in court and given the sentence death or otherwise.. And pray that when it happens Sonia Ganhdi is not around to turn him into yet another Royala Damaad like Afzal guru
