Did not say we did not deserve to lose or anything along those lines. The only thing I was alluding to was too much is being read into our exit from a single tournament. Lets gives this team more time before jumping to conclusions.

Thats the problem with all of us. We give too much of importance to world cup. I can understand for a game like soccer where thats the only time u bring glory to the nation. On rest of the occasions players are busy playing for foreign clubs. But in cricket, if not world cup, countries meet very often. Opportunity to bring glory to the nation comes every month.Of late, ICC is very busy giving opportunity to every country by organizing all kinds of world cups ODI world cup every 4 years T20 World cup every 2 years Champs trophy every 2 years so in a 4 year span we have 5 major tournaments which feature all test playing countries. Countries have more opportunity than ever to lift a major tournament which features all test playing countries We should start giving more chances to a team, atleast now, when we have, on an average 1.25 world cups/ year, than dismissing them off
