If England do play two spinners, then I would choose Panesar over him just because how Australia struggled against Harris. . Will Panesar be able to get that drift which Harris got? If he bowls his mechanical self without much drift, turn or variation, will he be able to trouble the Aussies? As for Vaughan, is he as good as he was 5 years back? If not, then he'll be a liability only, isn't it?
cowboysfan Posted June 22, 2009 Posted June 22, 2009 if Rashid puts in a good performance against the aussies in the warm up game then i think he has a strong shot at being included in the squad.monty cant bat and cant field.Rashid has a good first class batting average.
