Macj Posted July 25, 2009 Posted July 25, 2009 Dunno about Mitchell Johnson but his GF is a serious piece of @$$.
DomainK Posted July 25, 2009 Posted July 25, 2009 that would be the qualification of arnold schwarzenegger if arnold ever played cricket. an allrounder is not a player who is both a batsman and a bowler, equally competent in either department as the other specialists in the team. heck, if that were the standards of judging such allrounders, a typical one might be faced with two opportunities to disappoint and malign the team management. an allrounder is one that must provide the captain/team with an additional option: either an additional bat, or an additional bowler. having said that, trying to force an allrounder out of a lead strike bowler would be a grotesque error, that ought to be identified with its own verb: an 'irfan pathaned'... so i do home that the australians are not guilty of destroying M.J.'s career with excessive irfan pathaning. I agree. That might be a good criteria to find out the best all rounders, but sure not the definition of one.
