Brainfade Posted October 10, 2009 Posted October 10, 2009 sometimes it is given to encourage further good work... like back in 70s when Arafat and others were given joint award Arafat and Rabin - 1994. Just an FYI. We've seen the "further good work" in the last 15 yrs. Words, not action.
