CSK Fan
^^^ because sexually transmitted disease, infidelity, violence, and many crimes take place with the average prostitute exchange. Women who are into prostitution is vulnerable to sex related crimes Legalising portitution will provide better access to health care for prostitutes and their clients. They will also have rights and crimes against them will decrease ^^^ prostitution has the potential to shatter the family system, one doesn't have to be loyal to his or her partners if prostitution is not illegal. Come, come, making prostitution legal wont make every guy a cheat all of a sudden. and an enterprising guy can always find great women without going to a prostitute. By the time a married guy goes to a prostitute, the marriage is already almost over, dont you agree? ^^^ There are many other ill-effects on the society, now why don't you guys come up with something sensible why prostitution is not *evil*? Please don't bulls***t that prostitution thrives even when it is illegal, so it should be made legal. Perhaps there is one more point to make: sex is at its best when it's paired with intimacy and commitment. With prostitution, you can't find neither. prostitution being illegal takes away the rights of thousands of women. It deprives single men of an avenue to channel out their frusturation. It causes people to rape and exploit girls.
Params7
So' date=' if a sex deprived individual is staring at Porn to make up for lack of sex, I would say it is mentally unhealthy. [/quote'] It's the sex deprivation that is making him mentally unhealthy not the porn. I think the porn is making that sexually deprived from raping someone and making them mentally unhealthy. triam
Its not just 'sex' though is it. Its fornication and adultery Thats where the 'morality is overrated' point comes in. Its not overrated. Morality (for me personally is defined by my religion) is there for a reason, to give us some ethics to live by. And pre and extra marital sex isnt moral, i.e its evil. Its that simple. The presence, worse still legalisation, of prosititutes makes it that much easier to go down that route. The other thing re: it being a 'necessary evil' and 'not going away'- thats not really an argument. Murder and people killing one another is never going away either... Sooda that is your opinon because you believe in your religion, so you can use it as your personal code of behavior, why does it have to be a criminal act punishable by law? If you are a muslim ( I belive you are,, even otherwise ) there are other laws like praying 5 times, right. So would you make it a punishable offense that a government enforces? All the people who oppose porn/pornography, nobody forces you to watch porn, give the same respect to others wishes and opinions. IF you are arguing it is a moral evil, who or what defines your moral code?
