THX_1138 Posted January 3, 2010 Posted January 3, 2010 Mitchell Johnson! I mean goddamn! Where his illustrious batting partners fail, he is shepherding the strike and scoring at a decent clip. My oh my what cant he do? maybe of all the people who have emerged in the past 5 years, he is probably the real deal. Dennis Lillee called him a once in a lifetime bowler, i ll go a step further and announce that he is a once in a lifetime cricketer. The greatest all rounder since Chris Cairns, possibly even better. Unlike the wannabe all rounders such as Imran and Kapil, who could only engage in one activity at a time, either contribute with the bat or the ball, he does em both, is tough as nails and has not even had the slightest brush with indiscipline. Hail Johnson...
THX_1138 Posted January 3, 2010 Author Posted January 3, 2010 oh ****... the moment i clicked submit, he lost his wicket. i must be cursed like the pharaoh's tomb...
Bumper Posted January 3, 2010 Posted January 3, 2010 Better allrounder than Jacques Kallis or Flintoff ?
Pak_Fan_4_Eva Posted January 3, 2010 Posted January 3, 2010 And Mendis will take 500 test wickets...........:nervous:
Pak_Forever Posted January 3, 2010 Posted January 3, 2010 i guess those few boundaries were too much to take for u :haha:
Sachinism Posted January 3, 2010 Posted January 3, 2010 I'm still not convinced about his bowling. He's a trier, I give him that, he'll bowl at full speed all day long, but he's very wayward IMO and gets quite a few lucky dismissals
