This is exactly what I have said in one of my earlier posts. Umpires were bad in all countries (except prolly for Eng), but they blatantly cheated in Pak followed by SL and then NZ.

Wasim & Waqar were big time cheats in terms of ball tampering, something that is never highlighted. There was a case in the English courts on this which was badly handled by the ICC & the county cricket board!
