Curious thing is MI are going to paly DC once in Nagpur and Once in Mumbai... i think this is unfair to deccan playing 2 matches in Mumbai against mumbai..think about the situation where 2nd match will be a Do or Die for DC.... Cricket apart, it is more of a financial thing. DC will lose money in gate revenues, in stadia ads, they probably have booked accomodation for all the players and coachign staff, they will have to bear those losses, moving the coach & players and havign them stay at Nagpur & Mumbai involves additional costs that will have to come out of DC's pockets and won't be reimbursed by IPL.
