achilles Posted May 11, 2010 Posted May 11, 2010 IMHO umpriring is probably the most difficult and thankless job in cricket. Yeah. And that is why we need referrals to come in coz we don't have someone like Ricky Ponting who literally argues, shows dissent when his team doesn't get wickets, argues with the opposition, fight his way with the umpires every time and get away with it.
