Sammy is not the kind of player that gets picked by the IPL, nothing fancy about him, just does the job. Still better than Pollard though.

Sammy would definitely be a good pick for an IPL team. Especially when you consider real ordinary players like Dwayne Smith, Mitch Marsh and countless others can get an IPL contract. I'm sure we will see him next year. As for Pollard it is a shame that he is not delivering on the international stage. In full flow he is devastating to watch. West Indies look all set to go down 5-0 in this series.

WI needed to go at 12+ rpo with 3 overs from Steyn and 4 overs from Morkel in stock. He started off his innings by hitting two consecutive sixes off Steyn. :giggle:
