Are you crazy? I can ask you the same question. Since you think animals and plants are all the same, why aren't you eating all the red meat you can get your hands on? :giggle:
Dude, you’re the one making the distinction (animals have blood and experience pain, while plants don’t), not me. I don’t eat meat ONLY because I was brought up that way and have an aversion to meat that’s hard to get rid of, not because I feel for the animals or fear the sight of blood. To me, both of them are food and both of them are the same. Its just that, one of them is food I like, the other is food I don’t like.
Ofc I feel the guilt and tend to avoid it as much as possible and would like it if I could avoid it totally. Anyways, I don't get to trample dozens of insects everyday under my foot. Where do you live? The Amazon? :hysterical:
Trust me, you trample on a lot more insects/small creatures than you think you do. Even otherwise, if its just one that you trample, isnt that an act of killing? Isnt there pain and blood? Fact is, there’s blatant duplicity and hypocrisy in your position. Knowingly or unknowingly, you do contribute to a lot of pain/death in the animal kingdom on one hand, while propagating the merits of vegetarianism on the back of humane principles.

Trample one insect in your life, you now have the license to become a serial killer. :hysterical:
