Rajiv Posted July 9, 2010 Posted July 9, 2010 One of the newbie techs in the office just got marred and he scheduled his vacation Company is very flexible for marriage, death etc. He apparently, left a day early and came a day late. They asked him why he was late and here's his excuse " I was coming back from the US, and they caught me at the Canadian Border coz I am slightly dark and I have razor thinned Beard. I had more than 10K cash ( a rule known by every tom, dick and harry ). They made me and my wife sit ind different rooms and ask questions. I had 1 phone call allowed. I was held up whole night, I was questioned about the money, where do I work etc and I still have to fax them paperwork etc " My Manager said, vow - immigration can do all that but don't worry my brother works there and we can fax the paperwork for you :haha::haha: He already left for the day.

THX_1138 Posted July 9, 2010 Posted July 9, 2010 i think the worst excuse i ever gave for something was when my aunt discovered a bag of condoms in my closet and i suggested that they were left behind by my former roommate and i kept them just 'in case' the need ever arose.
