Guest Shivani Posted October 8, 2010 Posted October 8, 2010 Fairly balanced and strong squads there Anyone remember Ishank Jaggi? Im sure he played in the Challengers last year and even for East Zone. Wonder what happened to him dont know how good his last domestic season was. Yes indeed surprising that theres no room for Nayyar. Good to see Tyagi back, hope he is fully fit. No Pankaj Singh which is bit of a surprise too. Also a left arm spinner Bipul Sharma, like Ganapathy toured with the A team to England... Ishank Jaggi was not bad last challenger series.. Tyagi was terrific last time! it was on this performance of his and ZR Irani Cup that he got a call from the national side.. And seriously what about Abhishek Nayyar

saneindian Posted October 8, 2010 Posted October 8, 2010 Absolutely clueless as to why Nehra, PK and Munaf have not been chosen for any of the teams. They definitely needed a game or two before the ODI series vs the Aussies.
saneindian Posted October 8, 2010 Posted October 8, 2010 There will be a number of claimants to the no 7 position. Uthappa, Irfan, Jadeja, Yusuf, Saurabh Tiwary Will be interesting to see how these guys play, especially Irfan and Yusuf. I somehow feel Yusuf Pathan will once again smash the domestic bowlers and make a comeback to team India.
ZodiaC Posted October 8, 2010 Posted October 8, 2010 If Jaddu gets some runs, we're screwed for a year.. :((
King Tendulkar Posted October 8, 2010 Posted October 8, 2010 This tourney is so good. This helped to propel Sree and Gambhir in to India teams with their great performances in this. Who will show he is ready this year?
