Captain of Bhangra Posted January 20, 2007 Posted January 20, 2007 And yet I feel strangely happy and relieved. That is the most odd feeling ever...
talksport Posted January 20, 2007 Posted January 20, 2007 Re: Filth Winning 2-0... Aresnal beats Man U 4 - 2 How do you feel now :hic:
observer1 Posted January 20, 2007 Posted January 20, 2007 Re: Filth Winning 2-0... why do you have this primaeval antipathy to liverpool CoB? Were your car tyres nicked there? Were you mugged in Liverpool? Or, do you just hate them bcos you like Man United?
Captain of Bhangra Posted January 20, 2007 Author Posted January 20, 2007 Re: Filth Winning 2-0... The 3rd one. I've never been stupid enough to travel to Liverpool... Aresnal beats Man U 4 - 2 How do you feel now :hic: Content that Man Utd are still 6 points clear at the top of the League, as they were before this weekend started...
observer1 Posted January 20, 2007 Posted January 20, 2007 Re: Filth Winning 2-0... I've never been stupid enough to travel to Liverpool...... Have you been to Old Trafford?
Captain of Bhangra Posted January 20, 2007 Author Posted January 20, 2007 Re: Filth Winning 2-0... Yes, but not for ages, it's probably twice the size now that it was then...
mad_max Posted January 20, 2007 Posted January 20, 2007 Re: Filth Winning 2-0... As much as i hate Liverpool i hate Chealse more so good for the Reds. Having said that Man U has caused the Toon a lot of grief in the past and i'm sick of Ronaldo parading around like he's some Ballarina so i'll be hopeing for Gunners victory. It would be intersting if Arsenal did win then the race for the title would be very health. Ideally it would be good if it was 1-nothing for the gunners with red cards and broken bodies on both sides.
observer1 Posted January 21, 2007 Posted January 21, 2007 Re: Filth Winning 2-0... why do football fans like to 'hate' opposition? is the importance of the 'hate' toward another team more than that of the 'support' for your team?

No, but it's almost equal. It's not exclusive to football (see India/Pakistan fans in cricket)...
Captain of Bhangra Posted January 21, 2007 Author Posted January 21, 2007 Re: Filth Winning 2-0... Utd winning 1-0 with roughly 15 mins left to go...
Captain of Bhangra Posted January 21, 2007 Author Posted January 21, 2007 Re: Filth Winning 2-0... Dang, late equaliser from the rapist...
PaiN_KiLLeR Posted January 21, 2007 Posted January 21, 2007 Re: Filth Winning 2-0... henryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy what an important goal by the king !!
Captain of Bhangra Posted January 21, 2007 Author Posted January 21, 2007 Re: Filth Winning 2-0... Well, 6 points clear, disappointed we couldn't make any further ground over Chelsea, but considering I started the weekend thinking we'd be only 3 points clear by now, I'll take that...
Sooda Posted January 21, 2007 Posted January 21, 2007 Re: Filth Winning 2-0... Man disappointing result really. Draw would have been a fair result. Good match though...certainly makes the Prem a lot more interesting
