Obviously they can't say BCCI arm twisted us saying - since our players don't and won't have exposure to it we can't have them potrayed as a deer caught in bright lights in our country during the biggest tournamenet of them all.

Nothing should be surprising with the ICC. If it is not going to be used why are the wasting money & also taking BCCI along to go and watch the UDRS in action during the Ashes.
