Try to avoid violent and somewhat obscene games. Educative and constructive game might not be bad too. Amongst action games go for mild action games like Tekken etc. and not blood spilling games. I remember playing Age of Empires in my childhood and not sure if there are such games nowadays. Go for any good games except too much violence, obscenity.
