English media and fans often disregard achievements of sub continental players as flat track bullies.Yet no one in the english team average 50 in subcontinent excluding bangladesh. If scoring in sub continent is that easy why cant they score as easily as sub continent batsmen.Or r they too poor a players to score even in flat tracks. Ave of english batsme in sub continent: Cook - 46.76 Prior -42.16 Collingwood - 42.15 Strauss - 41 Bell - 35.90 Pieterson - 34.60 If players who score in sub continent and struggle in swinging conditions r called home town bullies shouldnt these england players be called the same too? The point of the article why cant people recognize scoring in slow low pitches of sub continent require different set of skills just like scoring in swinging conditions of england.
