Even if Australia are Knocked out in Q/F and India reaches final, Ponting will still be leading the pack. Jaysuriya was another guy who could have broken the record, but he is not in the squad. I don't see anyone else breaking this record unless Sachin is fit enough for another world cup or Ricky gets injured during group stages.
