ganeshran Posted March 23, 2011 Posted March 23, 2011 No matter how much Microsoft plugs IE9, FF4 is still better. Microsoft is new at writing good browsers, so it will take them some more time to catch up with the competition
DomainK Posted March 25, 2011 Posted March 25, 2011 Despite being one of the worse products in the market, MS continues to be the market leader in browsers. And even though they are on a steady decline, they will continue to be the market leader for some more time to come. Unfortunate that they have been unable to capitalize on that lead and that loyalty. Chrome's growth has been phenomenal since it was launched the first time. Same was the story with FF which is second only yo IE in market share. FF is way behind MS and Chrime is still way behind FF. It seems it will stay that way for a while. Opera has been left far behind in the competition despite being a great browser, but Opera Mini and Opera Mobile continue to lead the mobile browser market by a very safe distance from the Iphone browser at the second spot. The positions are not changing for sometime.
